We start with leaders—CEO, COO, VP, team leaders.  A typical team that we might work with is up to 8-10 people.  We don’t need to work with everyone in the company.  The idea is to grow leadership skill and develop managers into leaders.  They then pollinate and align better practices across the whole organization.  That’s a big win.
