Paul Hudson, Business & Marketing Consultant

A one-time Ramerman client, Paul is the former CEO of one of the area’s oldest, largest and most successful advertising firms, Roberts Communications.  He instituted an unheard of “Carrot” incentive plan (50% of all profits to the employees) and guided his agency’s growth from $7 million in billings to over $70 million with national clients including American Express, Citibank, Corning, BCBS, Kodak, MasterCard, and Xerox.  Paul is a certified executive coach who specializes in helping teams develop strongly-differentiated brand, new product, marketing and business strategy and solid execution.  Education:  Paul earned a high honors dual major B.A. at SUNY Geneseo (English & Economics).  Community:  He has enjoyed leadership roles for many community boards including Bloomfield Central School, Geneseo Foundation, Junior Achievement, NYS Parks & Recreation Commission, Ontario County Historical Society, Rochester Hearing & Speech Center, Jones School of Business, Thompson Health System, United Way, West Bloomfield UCC and the Squaw Island Preservation Society (founder).

John Ramerman, Vice President

John has trained, consulted, coached and presented for a variety of industries including banking, interior design, public school systems, criminal justice, insurance, churches, senior living, construction, universities, boards and other not-for-profits. He has experience in executive coaching, team development, culture building, presentational skills, transformational mediation, experiential workshop design and strategic planning.

John was instantly drawn to the mission and enterprise potential of leadership coaching. He sees it is a noble calling, one that adds distinct value to careers, to people’s lives at home and work, to organizational success and therefore to the community at large. “Coaching is an amazing, highly-valuable transformational process with broad impact and I am excited to collaborate with such accomplished mentors at Ramerman Leadership Group.” John’s specialty is team coaching.

John has studied Interpersonal Communications at The College at Brockport and Organizational Management at Roberts Wesleyan College. In the near future, John plans to earn his Masters in Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University to further enhance the impact he provides for his clients.



Diane Bassett, Executive Admin

Diane joins Ramerman Leadership Group as a hard-working, organized and detail-oriented individual with a broad range of experience in administrative and management positions. She excels at creating smooth workflow even in complex and dynamic work environments. She has a great combination of strong administrative ability and excellent oral, written and electronic communication skills. Diane has wonderful interpersonal and client-centric skills and is a team player with outstanding work ethic who is eager to take on new challenges.


Diane is a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan College. Her work in developing a new church in the Rochester area prior to coming to RLG provided a great inroad to joining the team at Ramerman Leadership Group. She is passionate about people making positive changes in their lives- both personally and professionally. She is excited to serve alongside the team at Ramerman Leadership Group to accomplish the goal of helping people accomplish meaningful transformation in their lives.
