Education: Syracuse University, PhD candidate, 1987-88. As a PhD candidate in social science through Syracuse University, Jim concentrated on interpersonal and group conflict management, leadership and group dynamics. He earned an M.A. in Theology from St. Mary’s College, Moraga, California and a B.A. in Education from California State University.
